BEEHIND THE BEE SUIT

I started beekeeping in 2019 after taking a local beekeeping course, and later gained a diploma in natural beekeeping. I now have six hives at the bottom of my garden.

Beekeeping is a fascinating and rewarding hobby, and caring for my bees is an important part of The Sleepy Bee. I take great care to keep my colonies healthy, maintain the hives and equipment, and make sure the bees have what they need.

Honeybees and other pollinators play an important part in our natural environment, and I love being able to combine my interest in beekeeping with my handmade pyrography.
